I was talking to S. today. She was saying that when she thinks of B, she thinks his life is developed around negative things. For example, the way a pearl grows from the irritation of a grain of sand.

But maybe there’s a problem with pearls. Maybe it’s better not to be obsessed by mistakes of the past and try to make something good about them. Maybe it’s not good to find some pretty “lesson” in everything about life. It could be that some things don’t make sense, and , and letting go of them could be the best thing.

Prompt: Is it better to make pearls of mistakes or forget them?
